First of all, if you want to work for an international airline you have to speak at least one foreign language. Let's hope yours is English.
Why would anybody want to be an air hostess? Glorified waitress! If you get a stop-over, you don't have much time to see anything of the country and do you really want to walk all the way from London to New York? If you work on Jumbos, I am reliably informed, by an air hostess, that it's uphill all the way! |

The minimum age is 18, and can range up to 21 with some airlines.
What you should determine first, is which countries do you have the right to work in. US and Canadian airlines can only hire US and Canadian citizens. To work for an EU airline, you must be an EU citizen, etc. Once you determine the countries you can work in, go to the websites of the airlines based in that country and look for their "employment" section.
