No one knows where he is. Western powers are clueless. Those that know his whereabouts are protecting him. They do this because he is a powerful man and has a strong following. ( was Saddam really killed?) I doubt it.

hunting for osama bin laden is very easy.in the 1980s when the afghans were fighting the russians occupation,osama was along the fighters against these communists occupaying force.guess who send osama and was in their payroll? UNCLE SAM U.S.A/C.I.A.he was the station chief.when the war was over osama was flown to usa and resides in washington d.c probably in Langley,watergate or Mcleans.he wears western clothes,Versage/georgio Armani suits NOT Saudi clothes that CNN/ABC/NBC/CBS/BBC TVS show people like me and you !!!

First of all, just because you join the military doesn't mean you will be sent to your death, nor will you be out and about with a M16A2 looking for Bin Laden.

Second of all, you will need to learn Farsi if you are going to go to Afghanistan on top of Arabic (because Farsi is the language of Afghanistan, NOT Arabic)

Third of all, how hard is it to find a (exaggerating) 6'10 middle eastern man with a kidney dialysis machine attached to him? Apparently, hard enough if the US can't find him. So to answer your question, you might have a better chance at getting stomped to death by a turtle, than you do at finding Bin Laden.
