hope this helps = )

john
hold your nostrils closed with your fingers and try to blow out your nose as hard as you can

my sister always gets that too. one time the flight attendant told her to get a paper towel and put it in a cup and then fill it with warm water, just until the water is absorbed in the paper towel and then hold it over your ear. and it actually worked! or you could try yawning that always works for me or chewing gum. hope this helped!

siobhan m
hold your nose tight with your fingers and blow hard and your ears will un
pop.
