I know it sounds like crap, but I follow the seated exercises that they demonstrate to you on some flights. Basically it includes:
Bouncing your feet up and down
Flexing your calves
Wiggling your toes
Rotating your ankles
The best thing I have found, if you can do it, is to periodically get up and walk around--sometimes there is room by the bathroom to actually stretch your legs out.
I usually change my shoes to flip flops and try not to eat salty foods--salty foods can cause you to retain water and bloat, and in case that DOES happen to you, flip flops are much more comfortable (though sometimes the more-chilly option--make sure you have a blanket)
Also, go to the restroom as often as you can and need to--the frequent visits will be a good way to stretch your legs anyway. |

Try to just do some basic stretches on the aisle
Most of the time its better in the bathroom cuz u dont get in anyones way.
You shouldn't disturb other passengers especially on long flights |

I just get up and walk to the far bathroom a lot on really long flights, you can also stand in the aisle and stretch a little. I have been on a few overseas flights, they are really long |

Just pretend your going to the bathroom or just walk to the back of the plane and ask a fake question to one of the attendants. (but usually its oka to get up and stretch) |

Walk up and down the aisle. Stretch in the aisle. |
|

Im awesome & that pisses you off
|
ummmm..you could get up and walk down the aisle, or to the bathroom to stretch, but i highly doubt youll be allowed to do any real exercise on the plane. |

I slowly lose my mind. Even a four hour trip is too much for my mental state to endure. My body begins to just hurt. Once, I landed in San Salvador, and the muggy heat crept into my sinuses like thumb tacks, right in the center of my forehead! I became convinced I was suffering an aneurysm. But a couple minutes later I was still alive, and I was very very happy to get off the plane. |
