bring a book and a magazine, possibly a puzzle book like crosswords or sudoku and some snacks. I find that that usually keeps me entertained on flights longer than that. Oh, and some music, if you have an ipod or anything like that. |

i always bring my music with headphones. and a huge word find book. i love doing word games so it keeps me pretty busy. just bring any handheald game (not cellphones) that you will enjoy for a while. sometimes they play movies on long flights. |

Sudoku Book! Pick one up at the airport. They sell nice ones near the checkout desks at many Barnes & Nobles.
For long trips, I personally take: my iPod, my laptop, a sudoku book, and of course, homework. I find it easy to concentrate on a plane, as long as you have some good headphones so you can't hear the plane. |

read a book or a couple of magazines....draw....write....sleep. |

Bring a few books, a portable DVD player, and some DVD's of course. You can play games on your cell, if you have one. You can sleep. Draw, listen to music. I did almost all of these things to keep me entertained while I flew to Disney Land. It worked pretty well. =) |

most airlines now play movies for you. I've traveled jet blue and each individual seat comes with a movie screen in the back of the seat in front of you and you get free headphones so you can watch w/e you want or listen to music.
if they don't have that bring a book or some magazines. |

mp3 player if you have a pmp bring that, or a book. probably if you don't fly that much and you get a window seat you won't find it that long, just taking off and landing will be entertaining to watch, and since the flight time is so short i'm guessing most of it will be over land which can be a nice view from a window also (unless you are flying at night, night between cities is not quite as entertaining). the takeoff and landing will count for a big part of a 2 hour trip. |

prplfae
 |
a book or two, magazines, portable games if you have any...the plane might have a movie playing that you can watch |
