I just check the airline website for flight status of the flight, you can find out if it's en route, what time departure was or is scheduled for, if it's delayed, etc. Good thing to do before you head to the airport, although you never want to assume that because a flight is delayed you have more time to get there.

Best one there is:

Easiest way is to hit the airline's web site. They can show the status of any of their flights. I have heard that there is also another site (government, I think) that tracks all flights, but I do not know what it is. I just use the airline sites.

I use http://www.flightview.com/TravelTools/default.asp
You have to know the airline and flight number
kunaldevchandra
go to www.staralliance.com or www.oag.com.
They have a program that you can track a flight that is departing or arriving from a destination.
If you still haven't found a program, go to oag.com and type in the flight number and maybe you will find it.
Dr. Nick
Go to Yahoo's Homepage. In the search box type the airline and flight number and it should give you the status of your flight (ex. "American Airlines Flight 120")
