You have to get your own picture usually... AAA will do it for you if you have a membership. |

I work in passports from all around America! Go and get an application from your post office or SSec. send it with you birth certificate along with $67 or $127 for expedite service. And walah! hey, i might even see you! Also, you have to have a 2x2 picture of yourself. You can get it done there, at your grocery/drug store or u can do it yourself. It just has to have a white background and clear. Smile also. We like to see you smile. ha ha! |

I don't know about US, but in England you go to the passport office, you fill in a form, have two passport photographs of yourself that has been signed by a professional at the back stating they know this is a photo of you. Your form also has to be signed by someone to say they know you and the information written down to be true. You leave this form at the passport office with a fee and should receive it in a couple of weeks. |

There are offices all over the city that can help you in processing and obtaining your passport. Check out the official government website for office locations. You basically go into the office with a driver's license or birth certificate, fill out some paper work, and give them about $35 bucks (That's what I paid back in 2002). However, it'll take some time to process this and you'll get your passport after about 3-4 weeks. You can pay more to have the passport expedited. |
