Try to get on the plane early and watch for spaces in the centre seating where sometimes you can just lie yourself down 3 across if no passengers booked.
Also you can try to book unpopular seats eg near the engines and maybe you will have a vacant seat next to you.
Otherwise go first class

then lean against the window wall or seat rest or ask if you can lean on someone for a bit until you fall asleep

I fly 80,000 miles a year for five years now and I have not been able to sleep for even one minute of it. Sleep at night and then you will need feel the need to sleep during the day while flying!!
