Depends on the size of the plane, but generally no more than a minute or two.

Depends on the plane -- smaller ones get airborne faster than larger ones.
For a twin-engine turboprop, about 20 seconds.
For a fully-loaded 747 on an international route, about 40 seconds.
That's from sitting still at the end of the runway until all their wheels are off the ground.
