to bangkok direct 11 hours 20 mins or about 15 if you stop-over in dubai or somewhere(7.5 hours x 2) A bit longer if you fly into phuket direct maybe 30 mins

The flight time from LHR to Bangkok, direct, is approximately 11hrs 20mins.

Did this flight a couple of weeks ago on Sri Lankan Airlines, and it took 15hrs.
If you go with Thai Airlines, it takes less time, about 12hrs, but is a bit more expensive
