It's usually scheduled for 4 hours but can take anything between 3hrs 30mins and 4 hrs. I used to live in Lanzarote and fly home regularly, sometimes it would take 4hrs then other times only 3hrs 30mins.
It depends on how the plane takes off (?? don't ask me how but I remember the pilot trying to explain once! lol) and depends on the weather.
