It depends on the routwe your airline is taking and on how long it stops for refuelling. The average direct flight is about 26 hours but you will probably have to change plane in Asia and will have an hour or two to wait. it could then be anything between 26 and 33 hours. |

It took 23 hours, I flew Heathrow to LAX, then had 3.5 hr wait before last bit to Sydney, on the way back, had 13.5 hour stop over in LA, so was alot longer and had jet lag because of this, but none on way there... |

(Direct flights are - Qantas, British Airways, Virgin..etc)
Otherwise with a transit it will be 23-25 hrs.
