I found this, for your info, it's 4430 miles (7140 km) from Washington.D.C. to Vienna, Austria and it would take about 11 hours with one stop (connecting flight) in Amsterdam.

Vi
approximately 8 hours if you are flying from the east coast, if you are on the west then it's more.

Mr. T's Pretty Cuzzin
Which America? (North America, Central America, or South America?). Please add details; I will check back later to complete my answer for you.

It depends where you fly from. From New York it takes apporximately 8,5 hours. From Atlanta about 11 hours. (Those are direct flights). Austrian Airlines and Delta Airlines serve Vienna direct. If you choose any other airline you have to change planes somewhere in Europe. From London it takes about 2 hours to Vienna, from Paris 1,5 hrs and from Frankfurt 1 hour.
