How many GSCE'S do you need to be an airline pilot?

how much GCSE'S and the gcse's needed

Very happily married.
You need a lot more than just GCSE's.

Medium Dave
GCSEs carry about the same cachet in teh employment market as being able to tie your own shoe-laces.

You'll need enough to get A levels, and enough of those to get a degree.

Kevin B
I have 9 GCE "O" levels (the proper ones) an ONC, a HND all in Engineering, a first class degree in Chemistry (No, really, I do!) and I am just a research chemist. Pilot was not something they just never offered me....!

Just kidding. Almost. I guess you will need a minimum of Maths, English, and probably another science...at "A" level as the minimum. That may get you into the RAF.....and if you go to their website they will probably let you know the exact requirements, they are like that, very regimented!

you will need more than GCSE's

you will have to do A-Level in Physics, English and Math at least

and most Pilots will have degrees in Physics, Engineering or Aviation based subjects
