You can take two and one carry-on. I suggest you repack some stuff in a big gym bag and take it as a carry-on. By the way nice picture. You should check the airplane company's website.

Airlines vary, but the norm is 20 kilos per person on a shorthaul flight and 30 for an intercontinental flight. Excess baggage depend on distance and airline. I was quoted between 7 and 35 Euros a kilo to go to India.

The airlines tend to be flexible to a few kilos and particularly with hand luggage, so if you need to take 40 kilos, book in 24 kilos, take another ten as hand luggage (the limit is usually 7/8 but they are similarly flexible) and post the rest.

You do need to ask your airline. There is no set standard anymore as each airline is setting it's own allowance. The allowance set is set based on the aircraft being flown and the airline's rules based on class being flown and distance.

If you carrying 2-3 bags watch weighing 15 kilos, you'll be carrying 30-40kg. Assuming you're flying economy, you'll probably be able to take them on if you check in early enough i.e. the aircraft's weight allowance has not already been exceeded. However, you'll be paying for excess weight. How much you'll pay is governed by the airline.

Until we know how mauch the cost of excess baggage, we won't whether it is cheaper to send the stuff another way. Speak to the airline for excess weight charges then speak to cargo and freight companies to get quotes.

as far as i know Ur only aloud one bag and one hand luggage each i would say phone up Ur airline ask them what u are aloud to take on
