It depends on where you fly to as well. If you take the train to London and fly from London to New York you can find decent priced flights but if you fly from London to the West Coast, it will cost quite a bit more. It also depends on what city you fly into. The bigger the airport hub is, the more available flights, the cheaper the flight. I've flown from Portland Oregon to London Heathrow in December 2001 for less than $300 including taxes. I don't think a deal like that will ever exist ever again but it was pretty awesome. That same flight today would cost at least $700 for that time of year. Peak flying time is June 15 to September 1 so if you fly during that time it will cost more. |

I need more Cowbell!®

Just go to the airport, tell them where you want to fly and mention my name. If they give you any crap let me know. |

It just depends on where you want to go in the U.S. Priceline.com might be able to help you or Expedia.com. I think both of those offer discounted flights, but I don't know if they are for U.S. only or if they cover international flights as well. Good Luck honey!
Hugs! |

Just look on the internet for flights to USA. |

Cheap seats on a no-name airline are about $550. If you'd like to actually enjoy the flight about $850. If you'd really like to enjoy yourself and have some decent leg room about $1,800.
All prices are in USD, for round trip Heathrow to/from east coast USA. |

IDK the exact price, but I do know you can go standby and save a lot. Just call your travel agent or airline, and ask about standby. Also, do you have any flight miles through any credit card companies? Some of the credit card companies allow you to save up flyer mileage as a bonus for using their card. Good luck my dear, and I hope you can get a very reasonable flight. Also, sometimes you can get mile from friends. Do you have any good friends who might have miles they could give you? Check it out. I know people who have needed to travel for emergency purposes, and were given mileage from friends who had more than they could use. |
