I do believe you can travel without a parent 13 and over but one does have to sign for you to go. Others should be able to purchase a ticket for you but the rules depend from airline to airline so call them and make sure. |

Why are you planning on a trip that your parents can't take care of? I hope you're not planning on going away with a stranger. |

Do not run away....and do not believe the pedophile who is drawing your innocence to himself....I discern lies in your description....awful big risk. If this is legitimate; then you should GET YOUR PARENTALS ACCEPTANCE! And provide it. Your story has holes, babe.
DO NOT DO IT! |

One of your parents have to get the ticket, and they have special seating for under 18. You can fly by yourself at age 13 - 18 years old. |

As far as I know, you dont have to have parental guidence to fly alone, it's just safer. As far as buying the ticket, I am unaware as to the age requirement or if there even IS one. :) |

Airlines have different rules about minors buying tickets and flying on their carriers. Some airlines may allow an 18-year-old to buy a ticket for a 14-year-old and accompany them as a guardian on a flight: Some may not.
Contact specific airlines to determine their requirements. |
