When I flew to Kenya I had to check in 3 hours before - if you are flying from Terminal 5 then allow 3 days!!!!!!
2 hours is usually enough though nowadays I think, check with your tour operator for the best advice though! |

varies the most common would be two hours but it can be longer if delays with staff etc occur.
I always allow half the time again . |

You are advised to check in at least 2 hours before an international flight - I always aim to get there 3 hours before the flight. Some flight desks open 4 hours before the flight and close 45 minutes before take off but check with your operator ( use their website) before you go. |

I'm flying Heathrow to Australia next month and have been told 5 hours. Possibly worth you ringing the airport you are flying from and getting their direct advice. |

Two hours. That's plenty. |

It used to be two hours but since all the shannanigans in America, the check in desk is open three hours before the flight to ensure proper safety and security checks. It is still OK for you to turn up just before the check-in closes, although it will give you no time at all to get yourself organised at the airport. I still like to get there as the check-in opens, I'm one of those totally organised freaks!!!! |

2.5 hours will do but if you fly from small airports like MNL then you need 4 hours |

It depends on the Airline. They usually say on their website/on the ticket. It is usually 2 hours. |
