I always took Dramamine, but they made me really sleepy (which is not bad if you are going to be on a lengthy flight, or if you flying alone). But, with two kids in tow - the sleepy part just doesn't cut it any more! Go to your health food store and get peppermint in a capsule form (peppermint soothes and upset stomach). Take a couple about and hour before you get on the plane, then another one when you board. I have done this the past few times flying with no problems. Also, take a little bag of hard peppermint candies to suck on while you are on the plane. As for boredom, turn on the Ipod, and relax, or read (to me the best part of flying!) |

hmm try to take nap or go to your local pharmacy and ask for motion sickness medicines the pharmacist will help you with what to do and take. |

My daughter is always sick when she flys. She calls her doctor and has a patch prescribed that she puts behind her ear. It takes away the nausea. Good luck. |

I think they sell jewelry or knickknacks you can wear that will "help you overcome your motion sickness" |

you might want to try a sleeping pill or two. if you fall asleep it might calm your body down and in turn might keep you from feeling nauseated |

Well first off I find it relaxing to just tilt my head back and breathe in deeply, and try to forget about the stress of puking. Either that or just let the chunks fly, you don't have to clean it up and no one can tell you any different. |

Don't hold back. You just puke/barf/and vomit and get it over with. And go to sleep for the rest of the flight. |
