I don't know any government that can get a document created in 24 hours. Let alone one that requires security checks, identity verification, forms to be filled and transit time.
It's a little bit more complicated than walking into your local council office, filling in a form and waiting while they laminate the front page...
Personally, I'd be suspicious of anyone that wanted a passport in 24 hours.
In an emergency (they will determine if it is an emergency situation) contacting your minister for foreign affairs may be able to expedite the process, but 24 hours is impossible.

I requested mine 2 weeks ago (for regular terms) and i was told 14 weeks.

if u EVER get a passport in 1 day u must be god...because it take 4-8 weeks and sometimes even longer.

There are some agencies who claim to be able to get fast turnaround for passports, but I don't personally know anyone who has used one, or how reputable they are. You can do a search for 24 hour passport to find some of those agency websites. Be prepared to pay.
