Unfortunately all the advice to stop smoking will just fall on deaf ears. You are determined to smoke despite the health warnings. You are addicted to the habit and until you show you want to stop, you will not.
The answer to your question is that they cannot take the cigs away if you carry up to the legal limit, which is 200. But how you obtain them in the first place is another question. Any adult buying them for you is not doing you any favours, and you and the seller can be arrested if you attempt to buy them yourself. |

I suggest that you quit smoking. You will not be allowed to smoke in the airport terminals, or on the aircraft.
I quit cold turkey after 40+ years on a trip to Salt Lake City 8 years ago and have not smoked since. Smoking is unhealthy and very expensive.

and i dont know, i think if u put them in ur suitcase, u will be fine, but i really dont know why ur smoking. its a horrible habbit |

yes it'll be fine to take a packet or 2 with you (dont know the limit on how many you can take over), but it's way cheaper buying them over there, and they probably wont ID you in Spain |

She didnt ask about her health, she asked about taking cigarettes on holiday.
I'm sure taking maybe one or two packets should be ok but some airlines dont let you take lighters and matches in hand luggage. Dont take many because you can get 20 cigarettes in spain for no more than £2. |

Dude, no one will care. Just keep it under 200 or whatever the duty-free maximum is -- if you take more than the maximum you have to pay duty to customs. |

its against the law to buy cigarettes and smoke tobacco in spain if you are under 18
you can be arrested and given a heavy fine
better think of giving up for a week or two it wont do you any harm and you wont be coughing over everyone at breakfast time |

First, you should not be smoking because you are only 15. And second you cant take cigarettes to spain if you are going on a plane. But you can probably buy cigarettes in Spain once you get there. |
