I'm going on a 9 hour flight tomorrow(BORING).any ideas on what to do to keep myself busy?

1. bring an iPod.
2. buy a sudoku book
3. buy some magazines or books
4. watch the movie on the plane (that's about 2 hours used up)
5. take a motion sickness pill that makes you drowsy so you fall asleep right away
6. Talk to people on the plane. I've met some really interesting people on planes!

They'll have movies but if you don't like them just read or try and sleep. Bring along a DS if you have one.

brng a book or some paper to draw on some music or just look out the window thats wut i alwayz do im 16 so it keeps me intertained or u could sleep or bring some vidio games

Well, I usually get so drunk that I pass out during a flight. But I guess thats out. Maybe you could try to pick up on the stewardesses thats the other thing I do. When I'm sober, while trying not to get the other ( hottie passengers pregnant.)
Maybe you could bring a psp?

uh.. a mini dvd player if you don't have an ipod video, but make sure it's fully charged because they run out really fast.
there's always the magazines in the pocket that sell stuff.. you can look at all the sweet stuff in there.

A portable music player (mp3 or cd player).

Bring a portable game (like a PSP or Nintendo DS).

Bring along a deck of cards & play solitaire.

If you're flying on a plane that has a media system - you can watch the in-flight movie... some planes are equipped with personal tv's where you can watch satellite feeds of tv shows.

Talk to the people on the plane next to you.

Take a long nap while you're in the plane.

P.S.
The use of a cell-phone is prohibited... You need to keep those turned OFF throughout the flight unless you've got the type of phone which can separately turn off it's receiver / transmitter.

I download music and movies into the old iPod or mp4 player.
Also like hand held video games where I can blow stuff up. Hopefully there'll be other kids on there you can talk to, or decent inflight movies.
