I'm thinking of buying some new luggage. Each piece has the word "BOMB" on it in very large letters.

Will this cause me trouble at the airport?

(the luggage does not contain a bomb or any explosives)

Funny what you can get on the web.

I don't think you'll be travelling too far...

I guess it depends on what you consider trouble... personally, if I saw you at the airport trying to get onto a plane with that luggage I'd probably find it hysterical! Of course, I have a pretty sick sense of humor sometimes, and the vision of your luggage being blown up out on the tarmack (just in case) while they dragged you off for the strip search just totally cracked me up.

Thanks!!

Second Polo's answer...security does not have a very good sense of humour.

I had a friend pulled this stunt once. Apparently airport security also found it funny to held him to miss his flight. So unless you are doing this for purely humorous reasons then I wouldn't do it.

oh be careful cops do not like funny things. thought i guy had a problem with luggage last year in America that had property of Osama bin laden on the bags. held him up for two days are something so these cops are not funny.

We'll be visiting you in prison.

Iam guessing your taking the piss however if your are serious than it depends on the airport you are leaving from each airport has a different policy but if its a UK airport you won't make it through the security check point. good luck.

I think that you should be given a very hard time at the airport or train station. You should think before you buy. HERE'S YOUR SIGN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

raceybird
Not a good idea mate unless you fancy being held in the airport for a very long time and missing your flight.

NOPE.... NOT A BIT..NO TROUBLE AT THE AIRPORT---MAYBE AT THE DETENTION CENTER BUT NOT AT THE AIRPORT.....DROP US A LINE WHEN YOU ARE UP FOR WORK-RELEASE.

ChrisNY
well...because of the recent terror threats i dont think it would be a great idea as security is tighter than ever before. thats one company that probably wont be selling much

i wouldn't. it might attract too much attention. security might think you were transporting bombs and put u under arrest. consider other luggage.

Market S
no but it would panick the kids and most of every one else

Very funny. Hold on, I didn't get to laugh!

miniskirtrachel
That is really funny!!!!! It's worth any hassle for the humour of owning such luggage!

Anyway, I think it would cause problems in the UK because we are a big target of muslim terrorist psychos that unfortunately live in this country (but no-one wants them here and they are hated).

In the US, I imagine it may cause security problems too.
