There's no way they could tell about past usage, they don't test anyway, and unless you're tripping while ON the plane you'd have no worries...I do recommend not taking the trip while on a trip, however!

I have always been told the only way to check for acid is to do a spinal tap and draw fluid from your spinal cord.So I would say it is too risky for anyone to have checked.I would just not mention it to anyone that you have dropped acid before.
