The drinking age on airlines is determined by the minimum drinking age in the country that the airline is registered. You should have no problem at all:

I went to Italy when I was 16, and I had mimosas on the plane so... you should be fine.

you may not be able to buy a drink in US airspace but once you get into Canadian airspace and in international airspace then if they want to serve you they will be able too.

most airlines do not ask for id. and most serve alcohol free of charge, so while i am not sure, i believe you will be able to drink.

Yes you can drink on the way there! I'm not sure about the way back though. Some flights to Europe you can even smoke in the back.
