A plane ticket to Paris will cost cheapest around February and March around $500. You cannot take a bus directly to Paris, France
You can take a bus to New York or Boston. From there sometimes, Virgin Atlantic or British Airways have special deals during February and March for you to fly to London for $100-$200 (I'm not sure about France, but maybe Air France have special deals at that price range to go to Paris).
I suggest waiting until you are older and can afford an airplane ticket. Once you get there you want to have some money to enjoy and if you are barely scraping just to get there, it won't be as much fun. |

I assume you meant Denver, Colorado in the USA. In the US, there are a lot of towns named Paris. Can't help you if you don't give more details. |
