About the cheapest your going to fly into Florida is Southwest and it is $176 one-way on this short notice. $250 is going to be the cheapest you can find unless you call the airlines and ask for the death-in-the-family rate (sorry I can't remember the real name.)

We use Expedia.com, We have always gotten our cheapest flights through them. You could also take a gray hound bus, they advertise $99.00 to any where in the country. But I have no idea what it would be like.
