whatever city they were flying over at the birth time... cause they would definately have to stop the plane there ASAP! |

The correct answer is where ever the plane landed and they sign the birth certificate . |

I know one thing, they wont let a 9 month old pregnant women in an airplane. If its an imergency and she has to get on it, and the flight is international, then the baby would get citizenship for both countries, which is flying from, or flying to. Thats all I can say. |

Wherever they're flying over i guess. Or perhaps his birthplace would say "flight 34 from aloha airlines"....that'd be funny.
I'd guess the airport you left from maybe |

Pregnant ladies beyond seven months are not allowed to flight because of health reasons.... until its emergency.. |

That is a very thought producing question.
Another question is if a plane crashes directly on the border of Canada and the USA, in which country do they bury the survivors? |

the place from where the plane departed |

in a serious sense, whichever nation covering the land where the flight is at the moment, the child assumes the nationality of that country. even while on the ocean or sea, whomever country has the jurisdiction. if the flight is hovering at international seas however, the plane's origins (the country which handles it) becomes the child's nationality. most popular with countries using "jus soli" jurisdiction. in a "jus sanguini" nation, the child assumes the nationality of his/her parents...
in a trick question, of course the plane would be his place of birth. but in a serious one, the above-mentioned fact has been described... |

Most likely the place where the parents are citizens. However, depending on the countries involved and their respective laws, it is possible that dual citizenship could be the result. |

I couldn't tell you, but my feeling is that this child was conceived in the cockpit (or, should I say, ON it?). |

international or domestic? If its international then the child would be of the country that the parents are from or they can argue in court for the place where they arrived. |
|

the answer depends on either one of 2 things:
one: the parents nationality
two:the place from where the plane departed
it is ultimately the parents decision what nationality the child will have based on the above mentioned |

I suppose it depends on what state he is over. Or perhaps it depends on whether he is in coach or first class. |
