you need a green card to live and work in the us, if they catch you they send you back. |

If you did that, you would be here illegally. You would have no social security #, so you would not be able to work, get a car, open a bank account etc. You would not have a green card or a visa. If you where caught you would just get deported.
I'm not sure if there would be any charges brought against you.
As for those talking about the economy, if you haven't noticed most of Europe is in the same boat. The UK just did the same bailout plan last week. It is still cheaper to live in the US than England. |

they won't care, but u can't get a liscence and you shouldn't be able to get a job, and YOUR ACCENT IS A BIG GIVEAWAY |

They will care, but they may or may not do anything about it. If you overstay your visa, you will go into "the system" and will be caught if you try to travel anywhere, get a traffic ticket, apply for anything, or do anything else where someone checks. If you get caught, you will be fined and deported. |

well if you come to usa, get married, beat up on your wife are husband, and the police had to be called, and you go to jail, they will keep to there, until the england cops come fly your @ss back, and you can never come here again... |

If you dont have the valid documents that are required for your stay in the US, then youll be categorized as illegal there and once youre busted by the police, youll for sure be deported back to england and get banned to enter the USA. or even worse, jailtime? |

When you apply for your visa, you have to tell them how long you will be there.
If you stay after your visa expires you are similar to the Mexicans who live here illegally. You can't get a job, place to stay, etc. If you are caught, you get deported.
As others have said before me, why on earth would you want to move here? |

If you're a tourist, you are allotted a certain amount of time to stay here (U.S.). If you stay here past that given time, you're basically an illegal person in America. Don't get caught! If you do, you will be sent back to your home country (England) and yoube banned from coming back here. |

Not sure why you'd wanna come here >.<
I am trying to get there (: Hopefully soon
I just need money, and to finish college -_-
But yeah nothing would happen and if it did you'd just be flown back to England most likely. |

If your visa runs out, then you can be detained, and then forced to go back. If your visa is valid, then nothing. |

LOL why would someone from england come to the U.S? One of my professors is from the UK- he just came over... i don't get it. the U.S's economy is crumbling- this is one of the worst places to be right now!!
if you are on the CIA's watch list- they'll track you down asap. otherwise? i don't think they'd notice. |
