To be perfectly honest, my Dear, Wisconsin would be my first choice. I love it here...but since you made it clear no US..sigh....I'd have to go for either Britain or Ireland. It at least would look like Wisconsin and I've always wanted to go there. I like the people and the culture, I trend well into the accents and there's more museum and places to see than I can see in a lifetime (of couse, I could have that here too....meow....)
