No its ILLEGAL!! |

no, tehy cannot, they need to show their pasport to travel within the U.S., and if tehy have a mexican passport with no visa, they are immediatly reported to the authorities, and risk being deported |

I think if she were going back to Mexico they would not care. |

Um no, i hope that security at airports hasn't gotten so lax that they let illegals past the screening. If she's illegal, then she shouldn't be able to fly, it's not fair to the ones of us who live here legally, pay our taxes, and whatnot. |

Tell her to go ahead give it a try. What's the worst that can happen. Unless of course she's doing something illegal, like sneaking into a country and not doing the simple things she needs to do to get legal. |

Gee, I wouldn't let anything illegal come on board a plane, would you? Hope he gets deported. |

I hope they kick her butt all the way back to Mexico. If my family had to work to get here then so does she. People like her are just stealing from the rest of us who are actually working for a living. |

no its not safe |

Of course, she will get caught! As soon as the federal security agents check her ID and ticket to get past security, they will notice the lack of a visa on her passport. If she wants to stay in the US, airline travel is not the answer. Be careful because train stations are also checking ID. |

If she's travelling with a Mexican Passport, whe may be questioned when she is going back to her country.
It's a risk, but then again my husband is German with a German passport. We live in Germany, but when we fly within the USA (going back to my home in Long Beach, California) he uses his Passport- we never have any problems. But then again, my husband does have a proper visa to visit....
She can also use her drivers license, if she has one. |

Yes, tell her to get on the plane! hopefully she will get caught and sent back. I am not trying to be mean or insensitive, but I have several friends who came to America for a better life and did things the legal way...illegal immigrants are a slap in the face of those who worked hard and put in the time to do things right...the arrogance of illegals is astounding. Sorry all for my rant!
To answer the question, I believe she will be asked for identification, but you would have to check with the airprt to be sure.
**and to IDIOT, you really ARE an idiot! WHY is it "unfortunate" for her that she has to work her way up through to get a real green card???? Why SHOULDN"T she have to????...you've got a screw loose!!!** |

?

IN America if you have money, you can do just about anything. As long as you have some kind of ID. Try it and see. |

no way is she nutzzzzzz.
She must have a state ID for travel and if she uses a passport they will definitely validate weather she has a current visa to be here.
She need to take the bus if she wants to travel and I think even greyhound will ask for a state ID but you can always call them say you lost it and find out there policies. |

I don't think sooooooooo. You have to have a valid drivers license. they want ID |
|

Where the #$%& is WALDO!!!!!!!!!
|
well it totally depends someone can buy the tickets for her and she can board the plane without showing I.D. but if not and they do she is in a lot of trouble. I would not recommend it because of the high level of risk. tell her only to fly if she has to. |
|

Lol get on the plane. Theres nothing wrong with it! (If you believe me... Woot one more down, go INS) |

You're stupid. |

It's a gamble but should be ok as there is no customs clearance when flying directly but still sounds a bit risky... maybe look at Greyhound buses or Amtrak |
|

As long as she has a valid US Govt issued ID, she should be
fine. Given the issue being politicized, chances are she may
be asked to provide Green Card or State issued ID.
Since she does not have them, chances of being detained are
high and will be referred to many other departments to prove her legality.
So it all depends on the person who is checking the photo ID.
I have heard some Mexican have flown in and out using their
Mexican passport without any questions asked.
Good luck |

might want to check and see if there are any agencies where she lives that make international i.d and passports for illegals.
its legal and will be her safest way to travel.
they have some in my town if you want the number and she can call and find out what to do.
let me know. |
|

Bill
|
She most likely won't get caught. |
|

JOHN MCFRIGGLE
 |
Do NOT let her travel...she will probably have a 1 in 5 chance of getting caught...better safe than sorry!!! |

I believe it's impossible to show that you're an illegal alien and get by without problems...
My friend is an illegal italian and he hasn't traveled by plane for the past 5 years because they will deport him.
He's coming from Chicago to LA by train, maybe u can try that. |
|

conim2002

If she has a valid passport, that is all the ID that she will need.
I am not familiar with a Mexican Passport. If it is a the same type of passport that travelers in the US use, then there should be no problem. |
|

it's simply no. as i feel sorry for your friend, dont let her do it, instead give her ride. but if she is found out like any other illegal alien, you know what happens next.
unfortunately for her, she has got to work her way up through to get a real green card |
