It might worry Jack more if you turned to him and said "Right Jack, off". |

Ya funny.. but i hardly say HI + name to my friends. Usually hey.. or eh.. No point of saying "Hi Jack" if you're ON the plane with the person. |

no, it would have to be whilst in the middle of a sentence you cut off to say "Hi jack" e.g we're being- hi jack |

I thought that there was a case where tower controllers heard part of a conversation in the background somewhere, and set off a minor panic.
Maybe it is an urban myth - dont know, but funny though! |

Possibly, especially if you ended it with, "You're da bomb"! |

Just don't shout it and should be ok. Maybe suggest to greet Jack first in a non aircraft environment to be on the safe side |

That is nearly as bad as when our friend arrived in Cyprus and he had a brown box under his arm (sky receiver box) it was on Sept. 14th and when the customs asked him what was in the box he said "A Bomb".
Needless to say they confiscated the receiver and all he could say was "Don't they have a sense of humour out here"
We could have killed him 'cos the receiver was for us. |
