You are generally allowed to fly by yourself in Europe at 14. The exact rules depend upon the airline. Some airlines want you to buy a special ticket (unaccompanied minor) and will assign you an air hostess as guardian, others will require you to fly with a guardian of your own who is at least 18, yet even other airlines won't have any requirements at all and will let you fly just like an adult.

There are also differences whether you fly nationally or internationally within Europe. Each country has special laws concerning air travel by minors.

Call the airlines in question and ask.

Depends on the airline.... I think some will let you fly alone at 14 but the majority will need you to be 16.

u could fly as an unaccompanied minor. the airline would assign someone to look after u getting on, during and getting off the flight and hand u over to a prearranged adult the other end. my daughter flew london/dubai and return for years from the age of 8 like this with BA.

every airlines has different rules but i think they will allow u bcoz many of minors r traveling wdot any adult.probably some airline wont allow u to go outside of airprot untill some1 come to riciv u.

The majority of airlines only allow you to travel alone and class you as a normal adult passager at 16. Although, I personally think the minimum age for going abroad alone to visit is 17.

At age 14, you can technically go anywhere you are allowed to go, as far as your passport is concerned.

It's correct that you can fly as an "unaccompanied minor" on a lot of airlines. Some will even let you fly alone without any adult or supervision.

Just to clarify, no Flight Attendant or "air hostess" will be assigned to you. Basically, being a "unaccompanied minor" simply means that you'll follow an employee around (someone who works on the ground, not in the air). They show you to your gate, help you with your bags at your destination and make sure the right people come and pick you up.

In flight, the F/A's know you're there but you wont get any different treatment than any other young person onboard. For international flights, they do keep your passport and do the paperwork for you. Otherwise, I'd just check on my UM's and make sure they were doing alright.

Some airlines like Ryan Air, a low-cost carrier, don't have UM programs but you are old enough to fly them.

There is a fee for the UM program and you'll have to met at your destination by someone.

Type in the name of the airline in question and put "children" to get to the right page immediately.

You are only allowed to fly on your own if u have afamily member or family friend to meet u the other end, u freedom life experiances is from 18, gd luck
