Awww I remember when I used to travel to Puerto Rico alone when I was your age and even younger. It was about 2 hr flight from NYC.

The flight might have a movie or if you have an IPOD you can play your favorite songs. If you like to read you can ceratinly take a couple of magazines or favorite books to pass time.

Trust me you won't be bored just relax your time will fly by rather quickly.

2 1/2 hrs will go fast. listen to music, read, do word puzzles, talk to people...think about all the things you will get to do in Ca.

i read good books, i recently had to fly (all day) and took about 3 or 4 books and an ipod of some music to listen to.(mp3) not ipod,

I started flying alone at 13, 14...was also a two hour flight. Make sure you take chewing gum or some sort of hard candy for your ears, they should help ease the (popping). If you have access, bring a portable dvd or game device with you and NEW batteries. You should be there in no time.

that's not too long of a flight. Read a book, bring a portable dvd player, just keep busy.

bring an iPod and fly jet blue, they have TVs!! I flew over 6hrs to Cali alone for the first time ever recently and time goes by fast.. think of the palm trees its amazingggg there!!

yourr so luckyy i had to fly once for straight 13 hours to my country, all i did was listen to music and or read; also watch T.V.
but 2 hours is good, it will pass by fast!!

I'm flying alone from Denver to Toronto (4 1/2 hour flight) and I'm 14 also. I'm planning on taking my laptop with me and a few favorite movies, my ipod (since my laptop only has a 2 1/2 hr. battery life, and I also plan on bringing a book incase they both run out of battery. 2 and a half hours isn't too bad. Try a 14 hour flight D: THOSE are pretty frustrating! Good luck, and have tons of fun!

Well I would sleep but if theres TV on the plane watch TV or listen to music.Waste your time in the bathroom.LOL.Or talk to somebody on the plane or look at magazines or read a book or play a portable game.
