Is Continental and/or Continental Express a good airline?

Here is the scoop on Continental. They are the very best airline. Reasons:
Very courteous customer service that will try to resolve issues at all costs.
We all work in different departments as teams and we have a Go Forward Plan that truly beneficial to our customers. Also while you are on the plane,

-You don't have to pay for meals or pillows or blankets on the plane

-Many flights out of Houston, Newark and Cleveland that are Non-Stop.

-Continental never farms their jobs over seas to the Phillipeans

-Rated no. 1 in First Class by CondeNest Magazine 06

Employees love to work there because it is one company that is more than fair to their employees.

-Employees love to work there so much that they decided to take a pay cut so Continental would not go into Bankruptcy. All the employees are still there now enjoying profit sharing checks.

Leadership does what they say. They say what they mean.

The best thing about this airline is they have the customers safety is first and foremost.

When planes are delayed, they are due to air traffic control due to weather. Some get pulled out for maintenance. Just like every other airline.

If they have any inkling there might be an incident, they will halt the aircraft.

Hmm. Maybe that is why they have not had any accidents since 25 years ago. Express Jet dba Continental Airlines is like a Cadillac of the sky, Now 65 planes are run by Chitaqua Airlines, dba Continental Express. They are fast, efficient and FAST TO PLANE AND DEPLANE.

You betcha. They are based right here in Houston, Texas, and have an excellent reputation among the locals and international customers who fly them regularly. I've flown Continental around twenty times. Very courteous. No problems. Go for it. Just remember to call ahead to check to see if the flight times are current. Turbulent weather will cause any airline to have delays

Continental Airlines seems to be a good airline to fly, but they seem to always be running late when I flew them. I personally like American.

They are both part of the same company and have very good financial and low debt ratings.

To tell the truth i dont fly Continetal airlines a lot. But i think they have comfty seats! There service is great! There line are only like 5 minutes in busy airports. But the only thing i dont like is the food. But otherwise that i think ill give them a 8 out of 10 if i had to rate them

If you are loyal to such airlines as Delta and Northwest, then you will be fine. Continental is part of the SkyTeam alliance, which oversees the travel of all three of the above companies. The one problem with Continental during the winter is that their hubs are in such places as Cleveland, which is a wonderful city. If you don't want to get stuck in the snow, which is the only concern, then don't fly Continental. They are a safe, reliable airline that offers good fares as well as a friendly staff. Their planes are nice, and their representatives kind. They are going to be almost identical to Delta and Northwest, as SkyTeam has standards for their members. Enjoy your flight!
