Absoloutely not. No sharp knives of any kind.

They don't even allow dull butter knives in the restaurants at airports anymore because someone could sharpen them with a whetstone and turn it into a weapon.

No it is not allowed to carry a swiss knife on bording a flight

No... you are not allowed to pretty much carry anything that can be used as a weapon onto airplanes unless they serve a specific purpose excluding razors, nail clippers, etc. Knives should be treated as deadly weapons and should only be taken where they can be used for what they were made for.

No. The security guards will take it. They might offer to have it carried securely on the flight and give it to you on landing, but more than likely they won't, as they are not obliged to do this.

Are you joking?
No. 9-11 remember?

zubi
It is allowed only if it is kept in luggage that you submit at the time of check-in.

ichabod1971
nope. you'll never make it past the security gate

No don't try it. I had a pocket knife in my luggage and it held the line up for about 30 Min's. Almost missed my flight. After they dug it out of my suitcase they went ahead and put it back in it but warned me that I better not take it out. Lot of junk to go through for nothing.

Yes ! Only if it is written:" Made in China"

Pretty stupid question. Everyone knows what you can and cannot take on a plane.

No.....!!!!
Before it was allowed until the World Trade Center attack occured. So meaning, there is no way in hell you can carry that on board a plane unless you are the President of the United States of America.

Nope. A friend of mine accidentally brough along a combination Swiss pocketknife usb flash drive, that was given to him as a gift, to the airport. He was able to keep the USB but had to give up the knife.
