I never had any trouble walking on a plane, unless there was turbulence. The aisles are narrow for me, however. (I'm a queen-sized woman.)
The bathrooms are tiny tiny tiny...no matter how big a person you are.
There is room to do your business, and wash your hands. no room for changing clothes or anything like that.
Sounds like this is your first plane trip. Have a safe journey.

The 747 is a very big airplane and it's easy to walk around inside while it is flying.
The ride on an airplane is much smoother than that on a boat, overall. If the airplane encounters turbulence, it can bump around a bit, but during most of the average flight there is no turbulence and it's hard to tell that the aircraft is moving at all.

Definitely not hard work. Unless there's turbulence (which usually doesn't last very long and in which case you should be in your seat anyway) it is actually much easier than walking on, say, a train or bus or boat.
The bathrooms are normally clean enough, just quite small and cramped. But you won't be bumped around, if that's what you mean.
Bon voyage =)

Unless you hit turbulence, walking is not difficult at all. The bathrooms are small, very small, but not too hard to figure out.
Tommy
it is similar to walking on the ground... but very crowded
