It depends on the airline and the weight/size of your on board luggage.
Nail clippers - probably not. They usually don't allow scissors and other sharp object.
Body wash - you might have some issues, especially with the whole baby formula incident. :)
Call the airline and check. |

You can take a backpack with 3 oz.of any liquid and it has to be in a zip lock bag. You can put in your suitcase though. |

it's ok to bring a backpack with you but you have to put it above your head or underneath you seat.
body wash and nail clipper are allowed just in check in luggage, not in carry on luggage |

Yes, you can have carry on luggage.
No,nail clippers cannot be on carry on luggage or your suitcases . Liquids are not a loud either because the last attack involved liquids in becoming a bomb |

yes to your first question but no to the rest. The security will take out anything liquid or sharp. Including tooth picks! |

Your backpack can be your carry on...so yes, you can bring it.
In your carry on, you cannot bring a nail clipper, and you can bring body wash if it's 3.2 oz. or less...I think that's the size.
In your bag that you're checking, you can bring both of those, any size. |

I think body wash and clipper are allowed but they have to be put in a plastic bag or something and only in your suitcase luggage not your carry on. And as for a back pack, I've done that before so I'm pretty sure it should be fine as long as you don't have things like scissors, tweezers, nail clippers, etc. If you are going to bring the nail stuff with you, I suggest bringing ones that you don't really care about because there is a chance it may be taken away even in a pack on luggage (I'm not really too sure). |

body wash is considered a liquid. it'd have to be bagged, and packed in your bag bag, same goes for the clippers but there a solid ^_^. backpack is considered a carry on. |

you can bring on a carry on bag (backpack). Nail clippers, probably not. Liquids are limited to just an ounce or two so check with the airlines and they can give you specifics. |

you can bring a backpack to ur seat as long as it can fit underneath the seat. you can only bring those 2 items if they are in the luggage that you store under the plane |

As long as it is in the overhead bins, or beneath the seat in front of you during take off and landing, it should be fine. Do you need body wash and a nail clipper while you're on the plane? If not, pack them in your checked luggage, and it shouldn't be a problem. But if you want to bring them on your carry on, you'll have to check with the airline. |
