Ask yourself this question: "If there was an emergency with my aircraft, and due to my incapacitation people died, could I live with myself?" As much as you would like such a career, you must think of the greater good. I'm a Flight Attendant and it never escapes my mind that the lives of my passengers are in my hands. If I was so much as fatigued, I'd call in sick rather than risk your life. Would you want a member of your family to be in the midst of an emergency on an airplane and only have a Flight Attendant having a seizure to turn to?
And to answer your question, the only way to become a Flight Attendant with a medical history such as yours would be to lie. |

I don't think you could to be honest. While you may not get seizures often, if you get one at the wrong time, like during a flight or while walking through a busy airport, it could make people uneasy seeing someone who's supposed to be helping them collapse like that.
You can always ask though, but it'll probably hurt your chances (but if you don't tell them either, you can get fired later because you withheld that medical condition from them). |

If the airlines know it, you won't be hired... just imagine how many lives could be lost if you have a seizure when the plane has some kind of emergency, like the plane that crashed at Heathrow yesterday... can you imagine the panic that would cause the passengers. |

Flight Attendant is a very demanding job, and I believe seizures might get in the way. Google "flight attendant school" and see what you find. Good luck. |

This would be up to the airlines you would apply for. I would think it might be a problem since in the case of an emergancy they don't need to be worrying about you during "da plane is falling...da plane is falling!!!" |
