Yes it is there are several privately owned 737s out there.

As for the price, much more than I have....

yes you can.

There are normally several on offer.

You can get an early 737-200 for as little as $1.5 million

A new 737-900ER goes for $70 million and up. depending on engine choice, interior fit and the like.

If you can buy in bulk, like Southwest and Ryanair you should get a decent discount.

yes, they have a section of boeing for private jet owners where you can design it for yourself. as much as cost probably abot 70 million and up.
