I think you already know the answer to that question, don't you? |

My son thinks so.
So far, he's bust his lip, broken his ankle, and got exactly nowhere.
Are you going to break it to him, or should I ?!! |

As long as their inside the airplane with you. |

hell yeah it's possible!! but only for limited amounts of time. such as jumping out of an airplane... you can fly all the way to the ground. but i would bet on that being your last flight though |

Try just holding yourself up by your arms while lying prone - maybe set two chairs far enough apart that you can rest your forearms on the seats and see how long you could "glide" (assuming you had big wings attached).
Then imagine having to flap those wings to induce forward flight and generate lift. |

With a little meth anything is possible. It was LSD in my day. Just kidding. But no to the arm flapping. |

No, it's physically impossible to fly with just flapping your arms. Here's why:
1.) You cannot physically flap your arms up and down fast enough to even generate lift.
2.) If you could, your arms are not areodynamically shaped to produce lift. Your arms woud have to be flat like a bird's wing. It would also have to have camber, or a curve of the arm which would allow low pressure to build on the top of your arm and high pressure below it. That pressure difference would keep you in the air.
If you really want to try it, I would recommend doing it as you are flying down the the swimming pool (deep end) at 32.2 feet per second! |

No, It's not possible... |

If my arms were larger, stronger, and had more aerdynamic qualities, possibly! |

definitely not,you will have some effect if you were skydiving from a plane, otherwise you will drop like a brick |
