It is definitely not scary. You should not be afraid to take a ride on an airplane. It is one of the safest if not the safest means on transportation. Well you will feel otherwise you ride a plane. You'll feel excited and amaze by how beautiful the sky is and great view you could see 33,000feet above the ground.

Some people are shaken by some turbulance but generally it is ok. It only last for a few minutes then the plane ride goes along normally.

If you plans, Hop on! Ride a plane and discover what you're missing.

If you're scared of air travel or other people, yes. Otherwise, no. It's just like a bus; you get on with lots of other people, find your seat, stow your stuff, read or sleep or do something to pass the time till you get there. The only difference is attendants offering you drinks and snacks (and sometimes food), a safety warning at the beginning, and you're in the air most of the time. Potholes (turbulence) can be a bit more scary in the air, but it's just as safe as going over a pothole in the road -- bit of a bump then you're still on your way.

I LOVED it. I rode one for the first time last summer and it was one of my favorite parts about the trip. They make you really comfortable and you can listen to your iPod, read a magazine, look at pictures on your camera or check out the view out the window. When you first go into the air, it just feels like going over a hill in a rollercoaster (that feeling where your stomach feels a bit twisty). Landing feels the same if not less than that. It's not scary, you have no need to worry. It's actually fun and really safe.

it aint scary at all... u might find the take off or the landing a bit nauseating if it is the first time u r flying but during flight is all okay... not scary at all... have a good flight =)

I guess so. Seems like a lot of people are scared of flying. It doesn't bother me because I've been through some turbulent flights where I actually thought the plane was crashing. So now the mild shaking that bothers some people doesn't do anything for me.
I think the scariest thing is having no control. If I was the pilot I wouldn't be scared at all, except that I can't fly.
After all it's the safest way to travel.

no i love it, the perfect vacatioon would be to to just fly around, in first class of course.

Personally, I love plane rides. They're only scary if you psyche yourself out. Know that everything will be fine and the flight won't be scary.

No, not at all. Take off and landing is pretty fun but the long flight is like riding in a bus. BORING

Depends on the person. For me personally, the answer is no. =)

I have been on a place once in my life and I remember it not being so bad. At take off, I was kind of nervous, but after we were in the air and flying, everything was fine. It's quite relaxing actually.

Spencer
Taking or sucks sometimes but once ur in the air its fine. Its a lot safer than driving.
