no it isnt, but they do require you to carry some photographic ID, ie passport or photo driving licence, the latter would be better as it also has your address details on and this will help confirm your ID.

Yes, no matter where you go on any domestic flight. This has come about because of the Terrorists threats around the World. And has been in force for about 5 years.

You need proof of identity. Passe port if you have one, new style driving licence. The identity cards issued by employers such as Civil service, local authority and official organisations are acceptable too provided your photo is on them.

I believe that you only need photographic i.d. for domestic flights with easy jet. BUT this is only the case if you are British or Irish, if you're not then you still need a passport for domestic flights.
Personally I think I would contact easy jet to be sure.
