On NWA I've had a problem every time I've flown, from mis-information about where to get my baggage to flying around for hours waiting to land and 3-4 hour delayed flights. One time they gave our plane away right in front of us to a group of other passengers going someplace else and we had to wait for many hours.
On Delta one time they delayed for 15 minutes at a time for over 12 hours saying, 'just 15 more minutes' each time.. so I'm not sure if any airline is good any more.
I've had great flight attendants and those who had SO much attitude you would think they were the king of England. I'm usually not overly happy with the flight attendants on NWA.
At least NWA usually has pretty good prices though. |

My friend and I flew NWA from Hong Kong to Japan, and checking in was a nightmare...we arrived at the airport 2 hrs early, and it still took an hour to get to the check-In counter.
But the worst was being pull aside by security (which is expected) and being subjected to an inquisition.As we worked and lived in Hong Kong, they wanted proof as to how we knew each other, and wanted verication of our residential address e.g Tenancy Agreement. How many people carry that on holidays? hahaha....The worst i heard was Olympic Airlines. |
