No. And for the people who tell you to check with the airlines, they are wrong. The airline is the carrier at the airport, they have nothing to do with security! The airlines could say one thing and it doesnt have to be right. Chances are you will call someone in reservations and they dont even work in the airport. Check with TSA always, never the airlines.

The restrictions do specifically prohibit gel deodorant, and say that solid is permitted, but also up to the discretion of the screening officer. When in doubt, check it.
