Using e-tickets is painless. When you arrive at the airport, you will usually have two options for check-in, depending upon the size of the airport. The traditional way is through a representative at the check-in counter. Having the e-ticket info handy is always a good practice, but most airlines can find your reservation by simply inputing your name. They will issue your boarding pass, check your luggage if necessary and you are on your way.
The second method is by using an electronic kiosk. This can sometimes be faster as all the major airlines are installing more and more of these to reduce staffing. The kiosk is a computer screen with touch commands and is very easy to use. You insert your credit card (for ID only) like you would in a gas pump and the system will bring up your reservation. It will ask you a series of questions regarding your reservation and will print your boarding passes. If you have luggage to check, you take it to a nearby counter manned by a human and check your bag. That's it. |

They are very easy. You just print them off of your computer and when you get to the airport you scan them at the counter ( there is a computer there for self check in) and if everything matches it takes very little time. Make sure that you have I.D. that says the same name as the eticket. And make sure that your luggage is tagged with your name, address and a phone number (inside as well as out in case it gets lost.) This will save a lot of time. Good luck and safe travels. |

Much easier and convenient than the old paper tickets. You can't lose an eticket! Along with online check in and curbside baggage check,it makes a trip almost painless. |

Yeah, etickets are pretty easy to use.
You will most likely get a confirmation email (that email has your confirmation number on it) and you just print that email out and bring it with you to the airport. You show the ticketing agent your confirmation email and your drivers license (or passport if your traveling internationally) and he or she will print your boarding pass. Then you just get in line for security and thats it. |

Its really not problem they are used a lot in Airports now if you are checking bags they will take it and give you a new boarding pass if you aren't checking anything then you can go right thought security and to gate with it. Have a good flight. |

E-tickets are easy. You just go to the airport, show your ID, and they give you your boarding passes, and away you go. |

I just got back from Taiwan and used an eticket on EVA Airlines. It was easier than using the jumbled mass of paper and carbon copies that characterized the former tickets. You will be issued a thin cardboard receipt that you will present to your airline's check-in counter.
It's not at all a pain. You'll have no problems! |

Once you buy an e-ticket,you can print your itinerary, but you are already in the system. All you need when you go to the counter is a picture id.Or you can go to self-check in but I believe you have to have a major credit card for that.E-tickets make things so easy.Do not lose any sleep over that.Just enjoy your trip! |

I have always used etickets for every time I have traveled and to tell you the truth I have never had any problems instead they are convenient because now a day most airlines have etickets kiosks and you can check in... and just go and get your luggage checked in.
Just dont forget your confirmation number that is usually 6 digits and if you have a printer<< since its your first time and its ok to be a little nervous go ahead and print out you page confirmation.
Thats it!
Have a wonderful flight! |
