SSSAAAMMM

Kate Penland and her 19 MO baby kicked off the plane! what a shame CONTINENTAL AIRLINE. All PARENTS must help.

How freaky these airline staff have to get!!! Now they will kick off a mother and a 19 month old baby, a BABYYYYYHHH! Being a Muslims is a taboo, but being a parent of a (maybe) hyper or special child dosent have to be, please.

Read for yourself:

Hope this mother takes a legal action and these money minting, power freak arilines learn a lesson.

Unfortunately, under educated people like Andrew and Mr T have not heard about SCIENTIFIC FACTS that ADHD and Autasim and Asperger are as high as 30% in children these days!!!

Did it ever occur to you that particular child might have been going through some sickness? Auuuuu no..... baby might blow up the plane by saying bye bye to plane.... how stupid..

One adult, and I say ADULT, in every sense of that word, is travelling, that adult must behave in adult way, don't get their pants wet by a baby's bye byes.

Stop, please stop being so paranoid. AND if you can not help, then dont travell in commercial airliners, hire charters.

It is shocking to read that even after watching the whole story, some people still want to shrug their sholders saying they dont know the full story. Any senseable person will assume that easy for these people, because this sad, horrible incident did not happen to their wife, their child or they will be knocking at every lawyers door in the town by now.

That flight attendant needs to be fired. What nerve to suggest medicating a child just to keep him quiet.

we dont know the whole story yet so I cant judge.

don't know the whole story but i can tell you benadryl does NOT calm most kids under two. was told by several drs and personal experince it makes them worse.

some days it a choice better dealing with my sons allergies or him on benadryl

i agree with cristina O (she's pretty and smart I guess..), let's wait til all the facts come out, the story only has one side to it...if it turns out to be factual then yeah someone needs to slap some sense into that that stewardess.

You right, they should not have kicked her off the plane, but put her in another sea, in the back of the plane (switch with other passagenrs if needed.
But the way I read it, passengers were very annoyed, and the mother should have controlled her kid. But I guess she could not careless about other people on the small flying tube.
Just think this happened in court, and the judge ask to be quiet and the kid don't stop.............

Well, we have one side of the story, no further contact with the individual and nothing from the airline. Hardly the basis for an unbiased report.

If the mother was not prepared to take reasonable steps to control the child, I wouldn't blame the cabin crew for removing her.

Andrew
Yes airlines can be strict, but what the child said does sound intimidating. The flight-attendant did the job right, by knowing what the other passengers thought. Little children like that can get nasty, and they have to learn from it.

Did you ever stop to think that saying "bye-bye plane" "bye-bye plane!" over and over--in the current tense environment of terrorist alerts, threats, and foiled attempts--might be the least bit nerve-racking for both other passengers and crew? As an adult, I couldn't have said that over and over--I certainly would have been ejected from the flight. A drunk person saying it would have been ejected. They don't know if we're going to blow it up, or trying to stir up fear in people. Yes, it was a child, but you're also supposed to shut up during the safety briefing so you don't interfere with someone else's ability to hear it clearly. I think ejecting them after a warning was the right thing to do.
