I would call them again and ask to speak to the manager or person in charge stating you want to know WHERE your tickets are and WHY you have not received them. Tell them you have got three worried kiddies fearing they wont be able to go.
Ask for them to be resent to you by courier not post as there may be a postal strike in the UK..so don;t risk that.
You should have got your tickets by now. |

You need to find out the ticket numbers if indeed the tickets have been issued. This is a long serial number, not the confirmation number. The record locater number means nothing if the tickets were never issued. If you are waiting for tickets in the mail, then that means they issued paper tickets. Some people can just show up at the airport with ID because they have electronic tickets. That does not apply to you. You will not be able to travel without tickets. You need to get the paper tickets replaced as lost. And for that, you need the ticket numbers. There is no reason why the travel agency cannot give you these numbers. |

Yeah, you should be able to go up to the counter show them your ID and let them know your flight number. That should be sufficient.
Just to be sure, you might wanna call the airline as well and ask them if you're required to have the paper ticket upon check-in. |

That is bad service. You should have them at most a week before you travel. You can pick them up at the airport but obviously that has to be arranged with the agent. They usually send them there to their rep or the airline desk. I hope it all works out for the best. You don't need that strife before a holiday. Enjoy your trip away. |

When you collect them at airport its called Ticket on Departure, I have done this few times and its never been a problem. I'd get back on the phone to the company and demand to know what is happening, you do still have over a week til you go so it should be fine, but get them to clarify what is happening and speak to supervisor |

deadman is correct. Call the airline you are travelling with. Let them know you have not received your tickets and need to collect them on arrival at the airport. Make sure you take ID & allow an extra 15 minutes just in case. You should have no problem. |

you dont say what you've been told as reasons/excuses.I would phone ABTA immediately to see if they are aware of any problems with this company, and to see if they could gee the agent up a bit.Keep phoning the tour operator, dont worry about seeming to be a pest (you're not in the wrong here)
I have picked tickets up at the airport in the past but I knew for sure they would be there,I wasn't being given the runaroundWhere do you go from there if that is a lie?You need to bombard these people with phone calls and emails and even a visit if you need to Good luck and I hope your fears are groundless |

call the airline direct and check with them, as long as you are booked on the flight tickets can easily be arranged at the airport. |

Hi, Is it Direct Holidays.co.uk? If so the tickets should have arrived a couple of weeks ago. If you booked on line you should have had these as e tickets to your e mail account. If you booked through an agency the agents will have your tickets. Telephone bookings should also have been sent direct in the post to you over a week ago. Give them another call on; 0871 664 7944
Good luck |

Why don't you ring the airline and check that your seats have been booked. Alot of airlines don't send tickets out now. You just need to show your ID at the checking in desk. Stop worrying yourself to death - and have a fabulous holiday x |
