lap top [if you don't have a laptop than portable dvd player]
that's what i bring oh and a few teen celebrity magazines to read. i also like to stare out at the beautiful scenery of the clouds or if night time the city lights while listening to music on my mp3 player. it's so relaxing and calming.
your 11 and im 18 so i'll say stuff you could also do that i probally wouldn't.

What kinds of gadgets do you have? Can you bring a gameboy or ds or other kind of handheld video games, a dvd player, a music player (could also listen to an audio book on that), even better a laptop that can do it all -- games, movies, music? Bring good books. Good magazines. An empty notebook or drawing pad and pens and pencils. A deck of playing cards, one of those magnetic checkers or chess sets, if you have someone to play with . . . . Have a nice trip!

Listen to music on your ipod or bring a magazine. If you don't have either one, most flights have a skymall magazine to look at.

every summer i take a plane right for 7 hours (each way) and it can get boring. so what i do it bring a book, listen to music, watch the movies on the screen, read a magazine, sleep, play games, talk to people around me, pee lol, eat, you'll find something to do.

count the patterns on the back of the seat in front of you, or take a book, a few magazines, mp3 player, psp, cards, and bubble gum... oh and a calculator (to keep track of all those patterns on that seat!

Read and do my research on my lap top. Makes time so much faster for me. One of my co-workers just got back from India, he says it was a very long trip. Take some video games and books you can watch movies also.
