HAVE A DRINK BEFORE AND GO TO SLEEP! |
|

Take a sleeping pill and try to sleep on the plane. Or what I do is take a blanket put it over my head, take a book, and a mini light and read! |

Stay up the night before and sleep on the way. |

don't worry, for most of the flight it will be just like your on the ground, especially since you don't have a window to look out of. In fact its actually very boring. As far as dealing with the fear, if you are of age, have a drink or two beforehand, and if your not, then just keep your eyes closed and pretend you're in a car |

do you like roller coasters? if so then its exactly the same! Dont get a window seat. My mom hated flying but she works at a hospital and she gets Valium to take before boarding. But im not sure thats an option for you. You'll be fine, just do deep breaths |

I would suggest taking a benadryl. It will help calm you down and make you a little sleepy. |
